Kanye West has filed an $8 million lawsuit against YesJulz for breaching her NDA after she publicly stated, “F*ck an NDA, sue me.”
On Sunday, Ye’ took to Instagram to share a screenshot of the lawsuit filed against the social media influencer.
“Julianne Goddard has repeatedly, intentionally, and grossly violated the terms of her non-disclosure agreement with complainants, including publicly disclosing corporate sales figures, social media strategies, text messages with Ye and management, release plans for Vultures albums, and product designs before release,” the suit reads.
“To say Goddard suffers from a lack of impulse control would be to excuse her from responsibility for behavior that is hurtful, hateful, and destructive; it is to give her pattern of mendacious, malicious, manipulative outbursts a pass,” the filing continues.
“Goddard freely acknowledges that she has violated the NDA and intends to do more,’ the claim states. “Upon her termination, she posted on X: ‘F*ck an NDA sue me… I dare Milo or any lawyers at YZY to try.’ They now do.”
The lawsuit is seeking “in excess of $8,000,000.”
As reported last week, YesJulz was fired from the Yeezy team. She was said to be having unauthorized conversations with Kanye West fans and stealing their ideas.
