Heinz and Mattel Celebrate Barbie’s 65th Anniversary with Limited Edition Pink Vegan Mayo

Heinz and Barbie enthusiasts have a reason to celebrate: a special limited edition pink vegan mayo infused with BBQ sauce has been introduced to commemorate Barbie’s 65th anniversary.

Mattel and Heinz have officially unveiled their latest collaborative creation: the Heinz Classic Barbiecue Sauce. This new product initially debuted in the U.K. and Spain, with plans to potentially expand its availability to other regions in the future.

Ruth Henriquez, Head of Consumer Products, Publishing & LBE EMEA at Mattel, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “This collaboration with Heinz offers another delightful way for Barbie enthusiasts to incorporate the essence of Barbie into their lives. Following the digital release of Heinz Classic Barbiecue Sauce last summer, the introduction of the physical product into our kitchen cupboards is truly thrilling.”

Currently, a limited batch of 5,000 bottles of the new sauce is available for online purchase, with shipping limited to the U.K. and Ireland.

Barbie remains a popular figure, with products including the eagerly awaited Barbie movie, which has outsold Oppenheimer’s products by more than 1,000% in the United States this year. It appears that Barbie still reigns supreme over other dolls and movies.
