Popular watch line G-SHOCK has just introduced one of its most exciting models in the 2100 series, the GMC-B2100 chronograph. This chronograph pairs a full resin case with a steel bracelet.
For the first time, this CasiOak model, named for its resemblance to the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, features a fully analog dial, doing away with the hybrid analog-digital format. It boasts three subdials, a stainless steel bezel and bracelet, and comes in sleek black and ice blue colorways.
This new release retains G-SHOCK’s signature durability, offering 200m water resistance, shock resistance, and an LED backlight. The case measures slightly larger than previous models at 51.3mm x 46.3mm, with an updated octagonal crown and weighing in at 171g. It also features Tough Solar quartz movement for enhanced battery life.
In terms of functionality, the GMC-B2100 includes a stopwatch, timer, alarm, date display, and Bluetooth connectivity for managing watch functions via the Casio app. The subdials track chronograph seconds, the day of the week, and the active function.
Expected to hit stores on October 18th, this model is likely to be priced around $800, though official details are yet to be confirmed. G-SHOCK fans can visit the brand’s website for more information on this exciting addition to the CasiOak lineup.
