A Hollywood woman is suing Diddy and his son Justin Combs, claiming they “lured” her to Los Angeles with promises of entertainment work, only to allegedly trap and gang-rape her.
The lawsuit says Justin first contacted her via Snapchat in 2017, asking for “risqué photos,” then offered to fly her to L.A. for a “weekend” to help her career using “his and his famous father’s connections.” According to the complaint, she arrived in April 2017, was driven to a Beverly Hills house, and spent a drug‑filled Saturday inside. She reportedly asked if they were ever going out, and Justin “abruptly said, ‘No.’” After being given alcohol, marijuana, and pills, three masked men arrived. One was allegedly Diddy, whom she recognized by “his stature and mannerisms.” Upstairs, she claims they told her, “You better let this happen. Or else.” The suit states she endured a “brutal gang‑rape” continuing into Sunday afternoon before being flown home.
The plaintiff, represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, alleges sexual assault, battery, gender violence, and more. Diddy’s legal team responded: “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone…We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason…Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
This is just the latest lawsuit the embattled mogul has faced as he remains behind bars on sex trafficking charges.
