Druski’s 91-Cent Bank Balance Just Helped Clear His Name in Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Comedian Druski can finally breathe a sigh of relief. A federal judge just ruled there’s no way he could’ve been involved in the sexual assault lawsuit tying him to Sean “Diddy” Combs and Odell Beckham Jr. because he was literally in another state.

United States District Judge Rita Lin ruled Wednesday that it’s “virtually certain” Druski was in Georgia on the day a woman named Ashley Parham claims he assaulted her in Orinda, California, back in March 2018. That same lawsuit also named Diddy and OBJ.

While the judge acknowledged that Parham may have had some reason to include Druski in her amended complaint, the facts simply didn’t support it. Druski came with receipts: phone records showed every call that day came to or from Georgia numbers. Even more telling — his bank records proved he was broke, with just 91 cents to his name weeks after the alleged incident.

Druski didn’t hold back either. He called the allegations a “fabricated lie” on X, formerly Twitter, saying he was living at home with no ties to Hollywood or anyone involved in the case.

The judge took that all into account, siding with the comedian and confirming he was not in California at the time. Now, the court will move forward with Druski’s motion for sanctions — meaning Parham and her legal team may have to cough up cash for legal fees and court costs.

A hearing on those sanctions is scheduled for July 8.
