Al B. Sure! Gives Health Update: "I’m alive, awake, and on the mend"

Al B. Sure! just found himself in hot legal water after pointing fingers at a high-level PR firm in one of his recent conspiracy-laced Instagram posts.

The singer claimed Sean “Diddy” Combs hired public strategy firm Actum to wipe headlines and digital footprints related to the 2018 death of Kim Porter. Al B. Sure! suggested a full-blown media cover-up was underway, alleging that up to 27 news outlets were influenced to bury stories about Porter.

But now, Actum is calling cap—and they’ve got lawyers backing them up.

In a cease-and-desist letter sent out by Michael Eisner of Eisner Law, Actum strongly denied ever working with Diddy or being involved in any sort of media suppression. Eisner called Al B. Sure!’s claim “categorically false and defamatory,” and warned that legal action is underway.

“Actum has never provided any services to Diddy, or to any of his affiliated companies or associates, either directly or indirectly,” the statement reads. “We are working with our legal team and will be taking immediate action.”

Shortly after the legal threat, Al B. Sure! deleted the post—but not before it made waves online. The legal team is now also urging media outlets that shared the post to take it down, emphasizing that the accusations have no basis in fact.

This marks yet another moment where Al B. Sure! has raised eyebrows over public claims involving Kim Porter’s death. While the singer has long hinted at foul play, Porter’s family and medical records maintain that her 2018 passing was due to natural causes.
