He claimed Wyatt publicized his leukemia diagnosis for her own attention, and went as far as to say she told him his illness was “karma” for being gay. According to him, she even implied she would have withheld financial support had she known about his sexuality.

The video ended with Rahjah folding his thumb and holding up four fingers, signaling that all the statements were true in his experience. The post quickly gained traction, with many fans expressing shock and disappointment in Wyatt.

Wyatt has not yet responded to the claims. In 2017, she had publicly announced Rahjah’s diagnosis, even shaving her head in a show of support during his chemotherapy treatments. At the time, she received praise for her emotional openness and solidarity.

A year later, she shared an update that Rahjah was cancer-free, celebrating his remission in a heartfelt YouTube video. Rahjah later reflected on how severe the illness was, recalling, “I was literally dying, and we didn’t know.”

Rahjah is one of four children Wyatt shares with her first husband, Rahmat Morton. Wyatt, who has a total of 11 children, has been a public figure in the gospel and R&B community for decades and has often opened up about her family life.

The accusations from Rahjah now cast a shadow over the image many fans had of the singer as a devoted mother. While no legal action has been mentioned, the emotional weight of Rahjah’s public statement has reopened conversations about boundaries, trauma, and accountability within families.
