Omarion is firing back at his brother-in-song, Mario.

On a recent episode of “Sway in the Morning,” the B2K alum addressed Mario’s thoughts about who can actually sing in the industry. When asked by Sway if they’d work together in the future, Omarion was clear, “I don’t think so. For me, it’s all about respect. You can have your opinion, but the moment I feel like there’s no respect there, I’m cool. I rather step back. I don’t think it’s respect there. Especially for somebody like me that has been doing it before him…I’m just saying it’s not by chance. It’s by hard work.
This comes after Mario weighed in on Omarion’s vocals during Cam Newton’s “Funky Friday” podcast, saying, “Omarion, it be hit or miss for me sometimes.” That comment clearly didn’t sit well with Omarion, and now he’s setting the record straight.
The pair also had some onstage animosity during their Verzuz back in 2022. Needless to say, things are not exactly cordial between the two.
