Jermaine Dupri once said that “Money Ain’t A Thing” and it looks like money has proven to be the opposite of that. Money is indeed a thing and now the So So Def CEO owes 79,000 of those things to a financial company over a repo’ed Lamborghini that he hasn’t driven in nearly two years.
In 2011 Premier Financial Services filed a lawsuit against Dupri claiming he blew off payments on his $330,000 Lamborghini Murcielago sports car. The company repossessed the car and now demands the record producer pays the remaining balance of $79,095. Court docs filed in Georgia show that because Dupri never responded to the lawsuit, the judge entered a default judgment against him, ordering JD to pay up.
It seems like the financial woes keep coming for JD!
