It looks like OKC Thunder Kevin Durant liked it so much that he’s ready to put a ring on his WNBA boo Monica Wright. The two have been close friends all throughout high school and have reportedly been dating for months now. According to multiple sites, Kevin asked for Monica’s hand in marriage on Saturday, July 6th and she said YES! She has even shown off her sparkling circular diamond ring.
Fun Fact: Sanaa Lathan’s character was named Monica Wright in Love & Basketball. Look at the irony of it all.Â
