Let’s talk about a real American hero, Charles Ramsey. In case you’re not familiar with a story allow me to refresh you. Cleveland women Amanda Berry (27), Gina DeJesus (23), and Michele Knight (32) were all kidnapped roughly 10 years ago and police were unable to find the women. Who knew that when Charles Ramsey moved next door to the kidnapper a year ago, that he would crack a cold case and become a hero.
On the afternoon of May 6, on what seemed to be a normal day, Charles Ramsey noticed a woman screaming from his neighbors home. The woman was Amanda Berry, who was kidnapped 10 years ago. She claimed that she and her 6 year old daughter had been held captive. Listen to the 911 call below:
If you’re like me, you probably got a lot of quotables from this 911 call. Needless to say, the suspected kidnappers, three brothers, have been arrested and the three women are back with their families. Charles Ramsey did an interview with Cleveland’s local news where he detailed the events that occurred:
