Tekashi 6ix9ine is slated to testify to putting a $50K hit out on his kidnappers Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to Complex, in a 41-page filing, U.S. Geoffrey Berman explained what the rapper would be saying if he appears on the witness stand. The Southern District’s Public Affairs office neither confirmed nor denied that 6ix9ine would be the cooperating witness (CW-2), however dates and significant details match between the rapper and the CW-2.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The documents focusing on the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods reveal the CW-2 put a bounty out for Ellison, as well as detailing conversations he had with his then-manager and now co-defendant Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones. The files also detail the night of the kidnapping, including things 6ix9ine repeatedly stated while being taken to the hospital. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The rapper will also have to testify against his lyrics, as many were cryptic stories about ongoing disputes, violent acts, and more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ellison and Mack’s court dates are set to begin September 9, 2019, according to reports.
