Teen Mom OG star, Farrah Abraham, claims that she was almost raped by an Uber driver in Long Island. On her podcast ‘Farrah & Friends,’ Farrah says the incident occurred around 2am in January 2015.
Farrah and her podcast co-host Shane Dawson, got on the subject of Jason Brian Dalton, the Kalamazoo shooter who worked as an Uber driver. At that point Farrah brought up that she was almost raped by an Uber driver last year and is currently banned by the company. “An Uber driver almost raped me, so I don’t know about Uber,” said Abraham. She then goes on to say Uber sent her an email, but she didn’t respond to it because she didn’t want it to be on the news. Luckily, Farrah says she was rescued by Simon Saran, her on-again-off-again boyfriend.
“My non-boyfriend threw him in the window and almost broke his car window.” She claims that even after the cops showed up, “The Persian dude ran after me. The cops were like, ‘You’re harassing her’ and I was like, ‘See I told you!’ and then I went to bed.”
However, Uber tells quite a different story than Farrah. According to the company, Farrah and her ex-boyfriend Simon, were reported for being trashing the driver’s car.
“We have no record of a complaint from a rider on this trip ever reporting any incident like this,” said Uber spokesman Matt Wing. “Her rider account was banned because an Uber driver-partner reported that a friend traveling with her dumped their alcoholic drink on the front seat of the partner’s car.”
Farrah did not report the incident to Uber or Nassau County Police.
