Page Six reports that Camille Cosby is growing tired of the drama her husband Bill has brought her.
Bill and Camille have been married over 50 years. She’s withstood decades worth of adultery, a rumored lovechild and sexual assault allegations. Camille has now been called upon to testify against her husband in the defamation case his rape accusers have brought against him. Page Six says that Camille is livid at what Bill has put her through and it was evident when she did not appear in court with Bill last week.
“My husband doesn’t deserve jail, but he does deserve every bit of the hell he’s going through now even though he is still pretending that this hell doesn’t exist,” the anguished Camille confided, according to a close family source.
“But, she has been thoroughly humiliated and believe me, her anger isn’t directed at the women,” the source tells Page Six. “Bill has humiliated her, and the affairs he’s had have gotten out of hand and this [criminal charge] is him reaping what he’s sown.”
The publication also reports that Bill’s lawyers are trying desperately to swing Camille back on their side.
“Look, a jury seeing a female lead counsel and a loyal and elderly wife would go a long way to creating the kind of sympathy that defendants desperately need in cases like this,” said a source close to Cosby.
