Tim Tebow and his girlfriend Olivia Culpo have apparently split after a couple of months of dating. According to sources, the football player and the former Miss USA couldn’t see past their differences regarding sex – she wanted to have sex but he was fully committed to his religious vow of abstinence. The two tried to make it work but after a while, she just couldn’t deal with the lack of sex in their relationship any longer so she kicked him to the curb.
“He was really into her,” a friend of Culpo’s told New York Daily News, “he was sending her love letters and cute notes and professing his love for her.”
“She had to break up with him because she just couldn’t handle it,” the source added. “He still hits her up, but she just can’t deal with the sex thing. He’s pretty adamant about it, I guess.”
Unfortunately for Tebow, this isn’t the first time that he’s been dumped because of his stance on sex before marriage. Many thought that his ex-girlfriend Camilla Belle also broke up with him a few years ago because he wouldn’t have sex with her.
