The woman suing Usher for allegedly giving her herpes believes the singer has transferred all of his assets, so they can’t be seized to pay the $20 million judgement that she has requested.
The woman (who is now only being identified as Jane Doe) says she believes the singer is transferring his money to others, so that it can’t be touched in the event that he loses the case. Although, she has no proof that Usher is really doing that, she does have suspicions that he might.
The woman’s lawyer, Lisa West, also claims that Usher might be up to no good because he’s delayed the lawsuit by 90 days, which insinuates that Usher doesn’t want to disclose his assets during the discovery phase in order to have enough time to hide them.
TMZ reports that sources connected with Usher say that the claims are “nonsense”.
