One week after Rob Kardashian agreed to cough up thousands of dollars in the custody battle over his daughter, Dream. The youngest of the Kardashian klan has filed a suit against his baby mother, Blac Chyna, for an alleged holiday beat down.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Rob claims Chyna attacked him back in December 2016, while she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, in an incident Rob claims cost the former couple their E! show. He accuses Chyna of trying to choke him out with an iPhone charger, just before hitting him repeatedly in the head and face.
In the docs, Rob claims Chyna wrecked the house that he was renting from his baby sister, Kylie Jenner, causing over $100k of damage. He also accuses her of hitting him with a metal rod and smashing his gingerbread house.
As a result, Rob is suing Chyna for assault, battery and vandalism.
