Rob Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna, the mother of his daughter Dream, according to documents obtained by TMZ.
In the filing, Rob alleges Chyna attacked him in December 2016 while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and he claims the incident cost the former couple their E! show. He alleges she tried to choke him with an iPhone charger and then hit him repeatedly in the head and face.
Rob also alleges Chyna damaged the house he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner, causing more than $100,000 in damage. He further claims she hit him with a metal rod and smashed a gingerbread house.
Based on those claims, Rob is suing for assault, battery and vandalism.
These are Rob’s allegations from court documents. They have not been proven, and Baller Alert has not seen a response from Chyna at the time of this post.
