Amid the ongoing legal battle between Tyrese Gibson and his ex-wife, Norma, the singer now must focus on representing himself in court.
According to Page Six, a source close to the situation revealed that Tyrese’s lawyer has dropped him as a client. On Monday, the source said the singer’s attorney filed for substitution of attorney, forcing Tyrese to act as his own for the time being – or until he finds a new lawyer.
This news comes just days after the singer was accused of skipping court-approved visits with his daughter, Shayla to travel across the world. Also, just weeks after Tyrese filmed an emotional breakdown over his finances and not being able to see Shayla.
In the meantime, Norma is still looking to enforce a permanent restraining order against the actor after accusing him of beating their 10-year-old daughter.
