Nelly has denied the allegations against him

The criminal case against Nelly was dropped, but a legal fight between the rapper and the woman who accused him continues.

Monique previously accused Nelly of sexual assault, alleging an incident on his tour bus. Nelly denied the allegation, and authorities opened an investigation. Prosecutors later dropped the case after Monique declined to cooperate. Nelly’s legal team then threatened action over what they called false allegations, and Monique responded with a defamation lawsuit of her own.

According to TMZ, new legal documents show Monique is now asking a judge for an injunction that would order Nelly to stop alleged misconduct toward women. In the filing, she alleges a pattern of behavior at his events and says she knows of two other women who she claims were mistreated by him.

These claims come from Monique’s court filing as reported by TMZ. They are allegations only. Nelly has denied the accusations against him, and no court has made a finding on the new claims.
