Too Short Claims He Has Proof That His Rape Accuser Is Lying; Says The Two Were In A Consensual Relationship

Too Short is on a mission to clear his name of any wrongdoing in connection to the recent rape allegations and subsequent sexual battery lawsuit against him.

According to TMZ, the rapper’s lawyers filed docs on Wednesday claiming to have proof that the accuser came on to him and lied about the rape. In the docs, Short’s legal team says text messages from Teana Louis show the two had a flirty, consensual relationship, where Louis would call herself his wife and tell him that she loves him.

In other messages, which were cited in the legal docs, Louis reportedly mentions the size of Short’s package and how his bulge shows through his pants. As a result, Short’s lawyers believe Louis’ claims of rape have absolutely no standing. In fact, the attorney’s say Louis filed the suit purely to harass Short, the publication reports.

Despite Louis’ lawsuit, which includes defamation for Short’s claim that she was in it for the money, the rapper’s attorneys have threatened legal action against the woman for filing a frivolous suit, if she decides to proceed.
