Omarosa is giving us another DonaldTrump story and this time it’s about when she walked in on him eating a document that contained notes from a meeting with his lawyer Michael Cohen.
Omarosa Manigault Newman was previously Trump’s White House aid, and in her book, “Unhinged: An Insider Account of the Trump White House,” she highlights some of Trump’s odd behavior. In an excerpt in the book, which was obtained by The Washington Post, she talks about his diet which includes snacking on meeting notes.
“I saw him put a note in his mouth. Since Trump was ever the germaphobe, I was shocked he appeared to be chewing and swallowing the paper. It must have been something very, very sensitive.”
In response, several unnamed White House aides have said Newman’s story is far from true and even chuckled at the idea. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders even called Newman a “disgruntled former White House employee” who is “trying to profit off false attacks.”
Newman was fired back in December by Chief of Staff John Kelly. Since then she’s made a series of allegations about Trump and his administration.
