A Chick-fil-A in California might be listed as a “public nuisance” soon as its long lineup of cars are allegedly causing major traffic issues.

A Chick-fil-A in Santa Barbara must be pretty damn good because it’s becoming known for its long drive-through lines that have cars lined up back-to-back in the street for hours at a time, CBS News reports. It’s gotten so bad that lines are blocking city buses, emergency vehicles, sidewalks and even people trying to enter their home driveways.

This specific Chick-fil-A location has been there since 2013. CBS reports the restaurant’s drive-through can block one lane of traffic for as long as 90 minutes a day on weekdays. On Saturdays it can be up to 155 minutes.

“The city’s traffic engineer, police chief and community development director have evaluated the situation and believe that the persistent traffic back-up onto State Street is a public nuisance and that the nuisance is caused by the operation of a drive-through at the Chick-fil-A restaurant,” the city’s traffic report states.

In the meantime, representatives from Chick-fil-A have asked the city’s council for the “public nuisance” label to be temporarily postponed so that it can come up with a way to fix the issue. The council has approved the request and the restaurant is expected to discuss the issue in a public hearing on June 7.
