More videos of Ivanna Ortiz are circulating online after authorities say she fired shots at the home of singer Rihanna.
Ortiz, a 35-year-old woman from Florida, was arrested after police say multiple gunshots were fired outside Rihanna’s Los Angeles-area home on March 8. Investigators say she allegedly fired several rounds toward the residence from a vehicle before leaving the scene. Officers later located her vehicle at the Sherman Oaks Galleria and took her into custody. No injuries were reported.
Authorities say Ortiz is being held on suspicion of attempted murder, and her bail has been set at more than $10 million while the investigation continues. Police have not confirmed a motive for the shooting and say they are reviewing the suspect’s social media activity as part of the case.
In several recently resurfaced clips now spreading online, Ortiz makes a number of claims about Rihanna. In one video, she says the singer “stole her thoughts.” In another, she alleges that Rihanna is jealous of her and claims the artist appeared in her dreams.
Ortiz also states that when Rihanna is gone, God will take her to her future. In another moment, she says Rihanna’s spirit “holds no purpose.”
Investigators have acknowledged that Ortiz posted multiple videos about Rihanna prior to the shooting, though officials have not confirmed how those statements may factor into the case. Authorities are continuing to review her online activity while determining what led to the incident, ABC7 Los Angeles reports.
Rihanna has not publicly commented on the situation. The investigation remains ongoing.
