Rich The Kid allegedly attempted to offer “hush money” to a woman to prevent her from revealing her pregnancy with him.
On Friday, “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit against the “Plug Walk” rapper in a Massachusetts court. The anonymous woman claims Rich sexually assaulted her. She added that the rapper forcibly detained her inside a hotel room while engaging in non-consensual sexual acts.
As per the lawsuit, Doe reportedly freed herself from the room. Later, Rich allegedly arrived at the woman’s residence, where the two engaged in sexual activity.
However, the sexual encounter led to Doe’s pregnancy, which both she and the rapper agreed to end.
Doe claims that she and Rich agreed to a settlement of $35,000 to keep the incident under wraps. But unfortunately, he still owes her $25,000, which is the reason behind her lawsuit.
Additionally, she asserts that the payment was made to her to prevent Rich’s fiancée, Tori Brixx, from discovering the existence of their child.
Prior to the reveal, Rich and Tori were spotted celebrating their love while on a boat. In the video, Rich approached Tori from behind while she was leaning over the railing and began dancing while holding a bottle of Casamigos Tequila.
