A second woman has accused Nelly of sexual assault in court documents, adding to the legal fight between the rapper and his accuser, Monique. Nelly has denied the allegations made against him.
The documents, obtained by The Blast, list the new accuser as Jane Doe 2. She claims her incident happened about ten months before the October 2017 incident on his tour bus that Monique has accused him of.
According to Jane Doe 2’s declaration, she and a few friends attended Nelly’s show in Essex, England, and paid for a photo with him. She says Nelly invited them to stay and spend time with him, then asked her to go to another room. She claims that once they were alone, he made unwanted sexual advances that she repeatedly refused, and that he then sexually assaulted her without her consent.
She also claims that as she was leaving, Nelly pulled her back and told her in a threatening manner, “I will find you.”
Jane Doe 2 says she never reported what happened because she feared no one would believe her, and that she spoke up after police approached her.
