Forest Whitaker’s ex-wife’s cause of death has been revealed as alcoholic liver disease.
According to the death certificate obtained by TMZ, Keisha Nash Whitaker, 51, suffered from the disease for years. The certificate also listed acute renal failure, which is a symptom of anorexia, as another significant factor that contributed to her death.
Keisha, a former model, passed away last month.
She and the actor were married for more than 20 years. He filed for divorce in 2018.
They share three daughters.
