Social media influencer B. Simone had the internet talking over the weekend when a video of her crying over her workout routine went viral.

In a widely viewed TikTok video, Simone shed tears while reflecting on how far she has come.
“Guys, I’m really in this gym getting emotional because I am really doing this on my own without medication, without diet pills, without Ozempic, without cheating. Like I’m trying so hard and I’m so proud of myself. I’m literally on vacation in Turks and Caicos working out so hard,” she said to the camera.
Simone, known for promoting detox products and a “fitness challenge” in the past, appears to be embracing a more natural approach to her weight loss journey. She now credits much of her transformation to her strengthened relationship with God.
“Like, I just have to thank God…Thank you, God. No more shortcuts. I’m in here grinding. It is so hard, but I’m doing it,” the comedian added, expressing gratitude for her efforts and the growth she’s achieved.
