Athletes & Rappers aren’t the only ones with groupies. While on the BET Awards red carpet I asked a few funny guys about some of their groupie encounters. Check out the video as I talk to Al Shearer (Hits from The Street), Gary Owen, Damien Donte Wayans and his cousin Craig Wayans.

Here’s a little bit more on what these guys are up to.

Al Shearer (@HitsFromTheSt) recently did a movie called “The Other Black Guy Running For President” which is available on iTunes right now. It is absolutely hilarious! The movie basically follows Hits as he runs for President of the United States….in real life. He also plays lots of pranks just like he did back in his BET days. Check out the funniest 47 seconds of your life below.

Hits also hints at returning to BET for a new show which may include Chris Rock. Guess we’ll stay tuned for that.

Gary Owen (@GaryOwenComedy) is still feeling the success of Think Like A Man and has landed a new television show with Shaquille O’neal coming to Tru TV this Fall. The show is called “Upload” and is similar to America’s Funniest Home Videos where the two will actually reenact the silly stunts that they see.

Damien Dante Wayans & Craig Wayans ( @DamienDW @CraigWayans) follow in the footsteps of their famous family members by coming out with their own BET scripted family comedy by the name of “Second Generation”. The show is slated to drop this Fall and about them coming out of the shadows of their famous siblings and making their way in Hollywood. A little art imitating life going on here.  Damien Dante is the son of Elvira Wayans while Craig is the son of Deidre Wayans.
