Bad Bunny is bringing the spotlight back to his homeland with the announcement of his “No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí” (“I Don’t Want to Leave Here”) residency, a 21-show run at the iconic Coliseo de Puerto Rico. The residency, which follows the release of his sixth studio album “Debí Tirar Más Fotos”, will take place from July 11 to August 24, 2025, and kicks off with a heartfelt gesture: the first nine shows will be exclusive to Puerto Rican residents.

In a statement, Bad Bunny highlighted his dedication to his roots, a theme central to his latest album. “Debí Tirar Más Fotos”, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, has been described as his “most Puerto Rican album yet,” with lyrics addressing the island’s political struggles, including gentrification. The first nine concerts, reserved for locals, will run from July 11 to July 27, giving residents of the island a chance to experience this special celebration of Puerto Rican pride.

Tickets for these exclusive “residents only” shows go on sale starting January 15 at 10 a.m. AST and must be purchased in person at designated locations across Puerto Rico. This move ensures that locals are prioritized, emphasizing Bad Bunny’s commitment to giving back to his community.

After the initial Puerto Rico-only shows, the residency will open to general audiences beginning August 1. Registration for these later dates is currently open and will close on January 14 at 11:59 p.m. AST. Fans who register and receive a pre-sale code can begin purchasing tickets on January 17 at 10 a.m. AST.

The residency, produced by Bad Bunny’s manager Noah Assad under Move Concerts, will also include VIP packages offered through Vibee. These packages will feature a two-night hotel stay, premium tickets, priority concert entry, access to the exclusive “Bad Bunny VIP Experience,” and more. VIP sales open on January 15 at 10 a.m. AST and will be available for all fans.

The Coliseo de Puerto Rico, widely regarded as a cultural hub for the island, is a fitting venue for this residency. Bad Bunny has described “Debí Tirar Más Fotos” as a love letter to his home, and the “No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí” residency reflects his desire to amplify Puerto Rican voices while celebrating its culture and resilience.
