Last week a Baller Mail told us that Matt Barnes and Eva Longoria had gotten close, and a lot of you didn’t believe it. Now there’s more to the story.
According to a report picked up by Bossip, Eva and Matt shared what onlookers described as a very flirty dinner at Il Mulino in New York’s Greenwich Village. They were joined by two of Eva’s close friends, stylist Robert Verdi and entrepreneur Loren Ridinger. A source at the restaurant said there was “definitely a spark” between them, with a lot of eye contact and some hand holding across the table.
It’s not the first time they’ve been seen together. Earlier this month, Eva posted a photo on Twitter of herself partying with Matt and George Lopez at a club in Las Vegas.
Eva, who split from Spurs star Tony Parker last year, has been dating Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz’s younger brother. Neither Eva nor Matt has said anything about the dinner.
It may just be friends having dinner. But with Matt’s split from Gloria Govan making headlines, people are watching every move he makes.
