Baller Alert has exclusively obtained documents showing that former NBA star Gilbert Arenas wants his ex, Laura Govan, to move out of the home he pays for. Govan, formerly of Basketball Wives LA, was seen around Atlanta during LudaDay Weekend and may have come home to some unwelcome news.
According to the documents Baller Alert reviewed, Arenas is giving Govan 60 days to leave voluntarily. If she does not, he plans to ask the court for an eviction notice. The paperwork says Arenas covers the mortgage, property taxes, insurance and related expenses on the house, which add up to about $16,000. A court has ordered him to keep paying, but the order reportedly does not say which of them keeps the home. Arenas wants to return to the house himself.
The documents also say that if Govan agrees to go, Arenas will help with the move and pay the first and last month of rent plus a security deposit on a new place. He has also asked her to return the Escalade he pays for and to use her child support payments toward a vehicle of her own.
