Later that night he posted on Instagram that Karrueche Tran had taken trips to Toronto and gone on dates with Drake while he was locked up, according to BET. Karrueche responded with a tweet about men getting upset when they get dumped, and a later Instagram message about moving forward. Brown later apologized publicly, BET reported.
Now, a source tells Baller Alert their version of what happened. According to that source, Karrueche did meet up with Drake one time, and she told Chris about it because she was hurt that he kept bringing up Rihanna, including liking Rihanna photos on Instagram. The source says she wanted to show him how it felt, and that the move backfired.
The source also told Baller Alert that Karrueche feels bad about pulling Drake into the situation and that, in the source’s words, he did nothing wrong. This is one anonymous account. Neither Karrueche nor Drake had publicly confirmed it at the time of this report, and Drake had not responded to Chris Brown’s claims.
