Baller Beauty: Baroline Diaz – The Flyest Girl Boss Changing the Game for Women in Music

Caroline “Baroline” Diaz, the founder of Great Day Records and The B Project, is an inspiring music executive and fashion designer known for empowering artists and representing the ladies who make it happen.

After starting her career as an assistant at Def Jam, Baroline rose to Vice President of Artist & Repertoire at Interscope Records, where she helped shape the careers of artists like DaBaby and Moneybagg Yo. Now, with a record label of her own, in collaboration with Alamo Music, Baroline took it upon herself to market strategies that allow artists to thrive both creatively and commercially, continuing her vision of supporting musicians in finding their authentic voice while pushing culture forward.

Ahead of creating her own label imprint, Baroline’s entrepreneurial spirit extended beyond music. In founding The B Project, she created a fashion brand that resonated with other entrepreneurial women, featuring enthusing phrases on sweatshirts like “Self-Made Women,” “Female CEO,” and “Powerful F—— Women.”

The B Project went on to collaborate with Good American, a renowned women-led clothing brand co-founded by Emma Grede and Khloé Kardashian, merging their shared mission to promote and celebrate women’s empowerment through style.

Through both Great Day Records and The B Project, Baroline Diaz powerfully demonstrates her values as a boss, using her musical and fashion-forward platforms to support performers, highlight women, and drive artistic progress.
