New Music Friday is the perfect conclusion to this hectic week, with a few of our favorite QC artists stepping back into the booth.
Quavo and Lil Baby linked up for their new single, “Legends.” The record is a welcome relief to fans of both, especially considering that rumors of a longstanding beef have followed them. In October 2022, Baby finally put the chatter to rest during an interview with the “Posted on the Corner” podcast. Thankfully, with the drama behind them, the stars revealed a collab reminiscent of Quality Control’s glory days. “Legends” is produced by Wheezy and ATL Jacob, delivering a classic trap beat that both rappers float effortlessly on.
Next up is Tee Grizzley, who has returned with his new single, “Rick Jameski.” While the rapper has turned to game streaming in recent years, his rap skills have never swayed. His latest release over a Helluva beat has left fans yearning for a full project. Thankfully, he announced that his mixtape is in the works for his day-one supporters.
