A Blueface Instagram post calling Chrisean Jr. “My Son” has reopened questions about where the rapper actually stands after months of publicly distancing himself from the child.
A photo of Chrisean Rock and her son appeared on his Instagram Story Tuesday, July 28, with the simple caption, “My Son.” The post quickly circulated by social media before Blueface swiftly deleted it. He has not publicly explained why he posted the image or why it was removed.
Blueface has continuously publicly denied being Chrisean Jr.’s biological father and claimed that Chrisean Rock’s late ex, Karon “Ronny Doe” Cann, was the child’s father. The rapper said at the time that he could no longer continue presenting himself as Chrisean Jr.’s father while being criticized over his involvement in the child’s life. Chrisean previously shared what appeared to be paternity test results in February 2025 showing Blueface as the father. Blueface later questioned the legitimacy of those documents, leaving the dispute unresolved publicly rather than settling it through documentation both parties accept.
The timing is also difficult to separate from his renewed interactions with Chrisean.
The pair crossed paths at a Los Angeles boat party on July 20, where Chrisean confronted Blueface about his refusal to acknowledge Chrisean Jr. as his son. Blueface did not provide a clear reversal during the exchange, but the confrontation put the paternity dispute directly in front of him again just days before the Blueface Instagram post appeared. Blueface then admitted during a livestream that he cheated on his pregnant girlfriend, Nevaeh Akira, with Chrisean following their recent reunion. Nevaeh and Blueface publicly revealed their pregnancy in February.
Whether the Story post was intentional, impulsive or something Blueface immediately reconsidered remains unknown. What is clear is that his recent behavior is no longer matching the hard separation he established earlier this year. His reunion with Chrisean, which also included a Miami date night, and his admission that they became intimate again all point to renewed involvement between two people who had spent months publicly distancing themselves from one another.
For now, Blueface’s deleted “My Son” post signals a change in how he is presenting the situation publicly.
