Chris Brown is facing an accusation from a woman who says he pushed her at an Anaheim nightclub. Brown’s camp says the claim is false.
Brown performed at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California, on Saturday, June 22, 2013. A woman named Deanna told TMZ she was in the VIP area when the club was about to close and that Brown shoved her to the ground, where she landed on her knees. She says she believes it was deliberate.
Deanna says she went to a hospital where doctors told her she has torn ligaments in her right knee, and that she may need surgery. She says she filed a police report. Anaheim police confirmed to reporters that they received an assault and battery report by phone on Sunday evening and that the matter is under investigation. No charges have been announced.
Brown’s representative responded that the claims are totally false and unfounded. The rep said witnesses, security and the club owner indicate she hurt herself, and the club owner has also called the claims false.
