Chris Brown Wants No Parts Of Alleged Rape Lawsuit, Uses Jane Doe’s Own Allegations In His Defense

In May, #ChrisBrown was accused of providing drugs and alcohol to his guests at a party in his Los Angeles home, where a woman claimed she was imprisoned and violently raped.

In a lawsuit filed by Gloria Allred and obtained by The @Blast, a woman identified as “Jane Doe” said she went to Brown’s house for a party in February of 2017. Upon her arrival, Doe said her phone was taken, as Brown distributed “cocaine, ‘Molly,’ and marijuana” to his guests.

By the end of the night, Doe said the party ended up in the bedrooms. She said Brown began playing porn to “create a hyper-sexualized” environment before he began “engaging in sexual activities with women in the room.”

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

After that, Doe said a woman grabbed her by the neck and forced her to perform oral sex on a menstruating woman, while she was raped multiple times by Brown’s friend, Lowell Grissom.

But now, two months later, Brown is looking to be removed from the suit, using the woman’s own allegations to prove he had nothing to do it.

In Brown’s response to Doe’s suit, the singer says Doe never said Brown touched her or physically harmed her in any way.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

According to the Blast, Brown highlights Doe’s argument that he was “occupied with pornography and performing sexual acts with women” when the incident occurred, which means he should not be named in the suit.

In the meantime, the incident is still under investigation.
