As the legal battle continues between Chris Brown and his ex-manager, Mike Guirguis, over claims of false imprisonment, assault, battery, defamation and breach of contract, Guirguis is demanding Brown be sanctioned over his alleged failure to turn over required documents.
In legal documents obtained by The Blast, filed on November 29, Brown’s ex-manager said the singer ignored requests to hand over records and information in their suit. According to The Blast, Guirguis said he served Brown with a doc request several months ago but never received them.
Now, he wants the singer sanctioned for $3,825 for holding out.
According to the publication, Guirguis is demanding Brown’s drug test results from 2016, which he believes would prove that the singer mistreated him at the time in question. In addition to that, Guirguis is demanding anger management treatments and a list of perceptions from between the time in question, as well.
A judge has yet to respond to the request.
