According to court records, a bench warrant was issued after Chrisean allegedly missed a scheduled arraignment in February tied to a driving case. Prosecutors filed two misdemeanor charges on January 26, accusing her of driving on a suspended license during a December 2025 incident in Hermosa Beach, California. She was expected in court on February 26. However, records show she did not appear, which led to the warrant. So far, no updates in the court system show the warrant has been cleared, meaning it remains active.
However, Chrisean is addressing the situation directly and disputing parts of the narrative. In an Instagram statement, she said, “My license is not suspended, it’s currently restricted for travel to and from work. Also, the court date has been rescheduled. I’ll have looked more in the situation it will be easily resolved.”
She also explained the delay, adding, “When I was in LA, I didn’t have my ID to resolve it. I just received my current ID. It’s only a 270 dollar fee to get it unrestricted.”
Chrisean continued, “The fight still on April 25th. Thanks for yall concerns. Traffic court will be handled ASAP.”
While she maintains the issue is under control, the legal process is still ongoing.
