Angela had Chloe in 2012 with the Chrisleys’ son Kyle. Kyle lost custody of the child in 2016 due to his drug addiction, which left Johnson to split custody with Todd.
A few months later, Todd received full custody of Chloe after Johnson was arrested for filing a false application for Medicaid assistance.
Since Todd was just sentenced to 12 years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion, Johnson has accepted a plea deal to put the case behind her to get custody of her daughter back.
Just last month, Todd and Julie’s daughter Savannah pledged to take custody of Chloe once they’re imprisoned.
