Authorities rushed to respond after reports of an attempted break-in at the Los Angeles home of Christian Combs early Thursday morning.
Police were dispatched to the Porter Ranch residence around 12:45 a.m. following a call describing a “burglary hot prowl,” a term used when a suspect attempts to enter a home while someone is inside. The property is shared by Christian and his girlfriend, Raven Tracy.
According to law enforcement, an employee at the home initially contacted authorities after noticing suspicious activity. Investigators said there was an attempt to access the property through a rear door, though the suspects were unable to gain entry. A second call was also placed by an individual monitoring the home’s surveillance system, prompting a swift police response.
Video from the scene shows multiple officers surrounding the residence, with at least one officer seen inspecting the backyard area using a flashlight. Officials confirmed that a report for attempted burglary was taken, and no injuries were reported during the incident.
Property records indicate Tracy owns the home. In an August 2024 social media post, she shared the milestone, writing, “We just moved into our first house together.”
The incident remains under investigation, and no suspects have been identified at this time.
Christian, the son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has not publicly commented on the situation.
