Claudia Jordan is answering back after her ex Medina Islam denied her allegation that he physically abused her. Jordan shared what she called her receipts in an Instagram post and an Instagram Live.
Earlier this week, Jordan said on the Fox Soul show Cocktails with Queens that Islam abused her when the two were together. Islam responded on Tuesday with an Instagram post of his own. He said he and Jordan dated for about six months, that the allegation is not true, and that he has no criminal history.
In her reply, Jordan said she has proof. She shared photos that she said included text messages and legal documents, along with a photo of a cracked toilet and a conversation with a building manager. She said she also has a recording in which Islam called her after the breakup and does not deny that she was hurt. She described her back injury as a result of the incident she alleged.
Jordan also said she was surprised that Islam posted photos of bruises she had sent him. “Yes, I sent them to you,” she said. When asked why she did not call the police, she said the relationship was messy and she did not want attention on it at the time.
Jordan said she was not speaking out because she is bitter, and she introduced her current boyfriend on her Live to make that point. She said the situation is not about Phaedra Parks, Islam’s girlfriend, and that she has no issue with her. She also said it was her one day of addressing the matter.
These are claims made by Jordan and Islam, and Baller Alert has not independently verified either account. Islam has denied the allegation.
