Smash or Pass? Claussen Drops Bottled Pickle Juice

Claussen Bottled Pickle Juice

Claussen is introducing a new limited-edition product just in time for St. Patrick’s Day—Just The Brine, an 8oz bottle of pickle brine designed for cocktail mixers and post-celebration recovery.

Available starting March 14, the release is aimed at consumers looking to add a tangy twist to their drinks or seeking a potential refresh after a night of festivities. The product will be available for purchase in select cities—New York, Chicago, and Boston—through GoPuff. Each six-pack includes three bottles for cocktails and three for recovery purposes. A limited number will also be available nationwide at claussenjustthebrine.com.

The release comes amid a growing interest in pickle-flavored mixers, which have seen a nearly 30% increase in demand over the past year. Claussen has recently expanded its offerings to include other pickle-inspired products, such as sparkling wine and cupcakes.

The company noted that the launch is part of an effort to meet the growing demand for creative uses of pickle flavors.
