Columbus Short is facing a new restraining order request, and this time Jamie Foxx’s name is part of the filing.
According to the Daily Mail, Short’s ex girlfriend Agostina filed for a restraining order last week. In her filing, she claims Short was emotionally abusive toward her and physically abusive toward her young child. She also alleges that during an angry rant, Short made violent threats about Jamie Foxx.
Agostina also claims Short once told her, “Don’t forget who I am. I have a knife.” Short has reportedly been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Agostina and her son.
These are allegations made in court papers, and nothing has been proven. In the report we reviewed, there was no public response from Short or from Foxx. Earlier reports said Short’s estranged wife also sought a restraining order against him in 2014.
