The stunning Crown Jewel Penthouse A has hit the market in Brooklyn’s tallest building, and the worlds richest are lining up to see it.
Olympia Dumbo, the 33-story luxury condominium building, houses Penthouse A on its top floor. While living in any of the building’s units is a blessing, Penthouse A sports the best view in all of the city. The lucky buyer can peek out their floor-to-ceiling windows at the Statue of Liberty, the New York Harbor, and the Manhattan skyline, which is a tourist attraction within itself when it lights up the city’s sky at night.
This beauty sports 4,266 square feet of light ash wood flooring, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private 498-square-foot terrace. The 13-foot-high ceilings are an interior decorator’s dream, with a private elevator shielding the homeowner from unwanted interactions.
The kitchen in Penthouse A is so exquisitely designed that it resembles a showroom rather than a place where food is prepared. Maple cabinetry adorns the kitchen storage spaces with a Workstead-designed pendant and custom island to set it off. A top-of-the-line wet bar with an integrated ice maker and Thermador wine cooler is perfect for those long nights when a glass of wine and a good movie is on the to-do list.
With so much luxury packed into this condo, it’s no wonder that Penthouse A is one of the Olympia’s most expensive units. Starting at $17.5 million, only the biggest spenders will be able to call this place home.
Which millionaire do you think will land this next-level pad? Aesthetically, it gives very much P. Diddy. Perhaps The Carters will invest in this property as a playhouse for Blue? One can only speculate.
