Daniel “Boobie” Gibson pulled out a grand gesture for his wife, Keyshia Cole, surprising the singer with a horse drawn carriage and flowers as rumors swirl about trouble in their marriage.
Cole shared a photo of the surprise on Instagram. “Gib had a horse a carriage waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel last night! #Very thoughtful,” she wrote.
The romantic moment comes after weeks of speculation about the couple. Cole recently moved back to Atlanta, was spotted at her ex Young Jeezy’s birthday party, and appeared to have covered up the tattoo of Gibson’s initials on her shoulder. Gibson later showed up at Cole’s birthday party in Los Angeles, though the two were not photographed together.
When Cole was recently asked in an interview whether she and Gibson were having problems, she kept it short. “I’m chillin’,” she said.
Cole and Gibson married in 2011 and share a son, Daniel Jr. The couple’s relationship was documented on their BET reality show, Keyshia & Daniel: Family First.
