Daniel Kaluuya has revealed he wasn’t invited to the premiere of his movie “Get Out” and instead spent the night in bed.

The actor and said in an interview with Graham Norton that he was in Atlanta shooting “Black Panther” during the “Get Out” premiere at Sundance Film Festival in Utah.

Despite having a busy shooting schedule, he said he cleared his schedule for the night of the premiere…but never got his invite.

“On the Sundance world premiere, I was in Atlanta because I was shooting Panther,” he said. “I was chilling, I cleared my schedule. I was like, ‘I really wanna do it.’ And then just didn’t get the invite. I wasn’t invited, so I was just in my bed. Someone texted me, ‘It’s done really well.'”

It seems ironic that he wouldn’t be invited considering Daniel is the star of “Get Out” and was nominated for dozens of awards for that performance.

“I don’t ask questions,” Daniel said. “You don’t wanna be in a place that you don’t feel wanted.”

He appeared to have shrugged off the snub and said he was able to go to a screening with the cast a few weeks later.
