Back in August, Delicia Cordon filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, LeSean McCoy and his former University of Pittsburgh teammate, Tamarcus Porter, for damages suffered in the July home invasion at McCoy’s Georgia home.
In the incident, which Cordon believed to be orchestrated by McCoy, the fashion designer was left beaten, bloody and robbed of more than $100,000 worth of jewelry, amid a longstanding legal battle with McCoy over the hit home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a result, Cordon demanded to be reimbursed for the stolen jewelry, in addition to another $13,000 for furniture that was taken in another incident where McCoy was trying to forcibly remove her from the home.
But now, two months later, Cordon is kicking it up a notch with a new lawsuit, demanding more than $13 million in damages for her and her friend, Elizabeth Donald, who was also at the home at the time of the invasion.
In the new suit obtained by TMZ, Cordon is demanding $10 million, while Donald is asking for at least $3.5 million after she said she was pistol-whipped in the incident, which left her with serious mental anguish and emotional distress.
Although McCoy has denied his involvement in the incident, Cordon has maintained her position in believing he orchestrated the attack. As a result, she believes he should be liable for any damages sustained in the incident.
In the meantime though, McCoy has not been named a suspect in the case, TMZ reports.
