Last week, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy’s ex girlfriend, Delicia, was attacked in a home invasion at a Georgia home that McCoy owns. After the news spread, a friend of hers named Mia shared a post alleging that McCoy had a history of abuse and drug use. McCoy has denied all of the allegations.
Delicia also said in a 911 call, according to reports, that she believed McCoy set her up in an attempt to get her out of the home. McCoy denies any involvement.
Now her lawyer, Tanya Mitchell Graham, says Delicia is “no longer certain” about McCoy’s involvement, and that she is making plans to move out of the home.
The Bills and the NFL are reportedly looking into the allegations. According to CBS, police had been called to the home three times over the past year amid a dispute between the former couple over the house. CBS reported that McCoy had been trying to get Delicia to leave the home and to return pieces of high end jewelry, and that he feared she might make false accusations about him.
The attack happened after Delicia returned from an overseas vacation. As of this report, no one has been arrested or charged.
